Check-in times: Check in Closes At least 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic and At least 45 minutes prior to departure for international flights. Latest Gate Time is 20 minutes prior to departure for domestic and international flights. Aircraft doors close 5 min prior to flight departure. USA3000 Airlines opens the check in counter 2 hours prior to flight departure. Change to passenger name or flight: changes can be made either online for some extra cost per person plus any difference in price for a new flight, or at the call center for extra cost per person plus any difference in price. For travel to the same destination, the reservation can be changed to standby travel for any flight to the destination leaving on that day for no extra cost. If the original flight was the last out of the airport, standby travel for the first of the next day's flights is allowed and if there is only one flight per day, standby on a flight on the preceding or following day is not allowed.
Baggage allowance: Each passenger may take two (2) checked bags with a combined weight of 100 pounds total with each bag weighing no more than 50 lbs and measures no more than 62 linear inches (length + width + height) free of charge. Any bag over 50 lbs will be charged excess fees . No bags over 70 lbs will be accepted for carriage. Carry- on luggage is limited to one piece that must fit under the seat and one personal item (computer, pocketbook, briefcase, etc.). Carry on baggage MUST fit in a space no larger that 24" x 14" x 10"

Pet travel: USA3000 Airlines will accept ONLY cats and dogs for travel on Domestic flights. Pets will not be accepted on International flights. Pets may travel in the cabin for a fee of $25 if qualified by size or weight. The weight of the pet plus carrier cannot exceed 15 pounds or roughly 7 kilos. Pet carrier maximum dimensions are 10.5 inches high x 18 inches long x 11 inches wide.
