US Airways is one of the ten major airlines in the USA , the second largest low-cost airline in the US , which was based in Temp , Arizona and is a part of US Airways Group. Check-in times: Check-in at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure if you are checking bags and 45 minutes before your scheduled departure for domestic travel, if you are not checking bags. Allow additional time on busy travel days, such as holidays, Saturday morning or Sunday evenings. US Airways closes flight and baggage check-in 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic travel and 60 minutes prior to departure for international travel. Passengers with bags to check who are departing from such airports as Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Honolulu, Maui, Pittsburgh, Washington (Dulles), Denver, Las Vegas, Philadelphia and Seattle must check-in at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
Change to passenger name or flight: changes can be made either online for a fee of $20 per person plus any difference in price for the new flight, or at the call center for a fee of $25 per person plus any difference in price. For travel to the same destination, the reservation can be changed to standby travel for any flight to the destination leaving on that day for no extra cost. If the original flight was the last out of the airport, standby travel for the first of the next day's flights is allowed and if there is only one flight per day, standby on a flight on the preceding or following day is not allowed.
Baggage allowance: a maximum of three bags can be transported free of charge for each ticketed person.(Up to two bags may be checked free of charge and One bag may be transported as carry-on). Additional checked items are subject to fees. The max weight per checked item is 50 lbs. Excess baggage charges apply to overweight pieces between 51 and 100 pounds( 51-70lbs. – 50$ fee for Customers Traveling in Coach and those traveling from the following European Destinations; MAN, LGW, GLA,LIS, MXP, ARN. /71-100lbs. -80$ fee for Customers Traveling in Coach and passengers Traveling in First Class and Customers Traveling to/from Japan ) Military personnel on active duty status may check luggage up to 99 lbs free of charge. Bags heavier than 100 pounds may not be checked. Total dimensions for carry-on bags may not exceed 51 inches (add length + width + height). Total dimensions for checked bags may not exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), however each bag greater than 62 inches is a subject to a fee of $80. Bags that oversize 80 inches may not be checked. Passengers are aloowed to carry onboard their flight one small piece of luggage plus one small personal item, such as a purse, briefcase, laptop or small daypack.

Child fares: infants under 2 may travel on lap free of charge or on an Infant Seat Fare (50% off Adult fare) .There's a full fare for children who're 2 and older.
Senior fares: Adults must be traveling on US Airlines purchased published fare.
Pet allowance: There is no charge for trained service animals. The number and type of service animals are not limited if they can fit on passenger's lap or in the area directly in front of the customer's seat. . US Airways does not accept cabin pets for travel to Hawaii. For flights to Hawaii dogs, cats and carnivores are to complete a mandatory rabies quarantine.
In-flight service: Meals and snacks are served, soft and alcoholic drinks are available for sale. Movies, video programs and a wide variety of quality television programs from popular networks are available during the flight . Cranium Fun, an innovative, 60-minute in-flight trivia program and 10 channels of audio programming, featuring a wide range of music selections.are offered to the passengers, as well as on-board telephones(Airbus A330 Satellite Phones for $5.00 connection fee and $10.00 per minute or partial minute).
