Check-in times: All customers are required to check-in with an ATA Airlines, Inc. gate counter agent at least 20 minutes prior to a Continental U.S. departure and at least 30 minutes prior to departures outside of the Continental U.S.
Change to passenger name or flight: changes can be made either online for some extra cost per person plus any difference in price for a new flight, or at the call center for extra cost per person plus any difference in price. For travel to the same destination, the reservation can be changed to standby travel for any flight to the destination leaving on that day for no extra cost. If the original flight was the last out of the airport, standby travel for the first of the next day's flights is allowed and if there is only one flight per day, standby on a flight on the preceding or following day is not allowed.
Baggage allowance: depends on the Class you're traveling in, as well as baggage dimensions and excess baggage fees. For more detailed information go to ata.com.
Senior fares: Adults must be traveling on ATA Airlines purchased published fare.
Child fares: infants under 2 may travel on lap free of charge or on an Infant Seat Fare (50% off Adult fare).
Pet travel: cats or dogs can be carried for a certain fee. Only one pet is allowed per passenger, with the exception of service animals.
Pre-assigned seating: can be booked for no extra cost online . More detailed seating plan is available on www.ata.com , where you can choose the perfect seat.
Legroom: seat pitch is about 32-34”, depending on the aircraft's type.
In-flight service: Meals and snacks are served, soft and alcoholic drinks are available for sale. Various entertainment is offered during the flight.
Air miles: frequent flyer scheme is available for online enrollment. It gives a chance to earn free travel and access to special features , like managing credits from canceled flights,etc
