Change to passenger name or flight: changes can be made either online for a fee of $20 per person plus any difference in price for the new flight, or at the call center for a fee of $25 per person plus any difference in price. For travel to the same destination, the reservation can be changed to standby travel for any flight to the destination leaving on that day for no extra cost. If the original flight was the last out of the airport, standby travel for the first of the next day's flights is allowed and if there is only one flight per day, standby on a flight on the preceding or following day is not allowed.

Only one pet kennel per ticketed passenger may be accepted for travel in the cabin, as pets must go under the seat in front of you. The kennel may contain 2 dogs or two 2 cats. The maximum number of carry-on kennels allowed is seven per flight: 2 in first class and five 5 in coach and/or business class. Health certificate is not required for the acceptance of pets for travel in the cabin or as checked baggage within the 50 United States .
