Check-in times: the minimum arrival time for Domestic Travel (except departing Hawaii or U.S. Virgin Islands) without baggage to Check is 60 minutes, with checking baggage -90 min. For International Travel- 120 min and if departing Bermuda- 150 min .For International Travel departing Aruba,Dublin,Mexico,Nassau,Paris Charles De Gaulle,Port-au-Prince,Port of Spain,San Pedro Sula,Tegucigalpa you are to arrive 160min. before departure. For International Travel departing Delhi , India 210 min. is required.
Change to passenger name or flight: changes can be made either online for a fee of $20 per person plus any difference in price for the new flight, or at the call center for a fee of $25 per person plus any difference in price. For travel to the same destination, the reservation can be changed to standby travel for any flight to the destination leaving on that day for no extra cost. If the original flight was the last out of the airport, standby travel for the first of the next day's flights is allowed and if there is only one flight per day, standby on a flight on the preceding or following day is not allowed.
Baggage allowance: 2 pieces checked (at 62 in/157 cm each) and one carry-on(at 45 in/114 cm) is the maximum amount of baggage each ticketed passenger is allowed free of charge for flights wholly within the United States and between the United States and Canada as well as to /from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The maximum weight per checked bag is 50 lbs/23 kgs. The maximum weight per carry-on bag is 40 lbs/18 kgs. Checked baggage in excess of the free baggage allowance will be charged as follows: $80 per piece for the first three additional pieces/$105 per piece for the fourth, fifth, and sixth additional pieces/$180 per piece for the seventh and any additional pieces. Excess baggage charges apply to overweight pieces between 51 and 100 pounds( 51-70lbs. – 25$ fee/ 71-100lbs. -50$ fee) and oversized pieces of luggage(63- 115 in. -$100 per piece). The charge for both oversized and overweight baggage is added together. Items larger than 115 inches and 100 lbs. are not accepted as checked baggage. Child fares: Infants under two may be held on an adult's lap free of charge.

The maximum size for cabin pet carriers is 23" long x 13" wide x 9" high. A pet kennel counts as either a passenger's one carry-on bag or personal item. Carry-on pets are permitted to/from Hawaii or Transatlantic/Transpacific or Central and South America. Only one pet kennel per ticketed passenger may be accepted for travel in the cabin, as pets must go under the seat in front of you. The kennel may contain 2 dogs or two 2 cats. The maximum number of carry-on kennels allowed is seven per flight: 2 in first class and five 5 in coach and/or business class. Health certificate is not required for the acceptance of pets for travel in the cabin or as checked baggage within the 50 United States .
