Reasons to go to Jamaica

Jamaica is a wonderful place with miraculous mountainous and beautiful beaches, the birthplace of the all-inclusive resort, where you want nothing to do but within an enclave. It can offer you plenty of outdoor activities including golf, ecotourism, and water sports.
Weather you're going to stay in a small inn, eager to spend a couple of days roaming the island, eating at local restaurants or sightseeing or spend a few weeks in a luxurious hotel, you'll be extremely delighted with your trip.
Doesn’t matter where you stay, you’ll find an enormous range of opportunities for day trips to see the countryside. You definitely won't be bored. Anyone will find something to his/her taste. You can drive through Cockpit Country, take a lazy raft ride down a river, visit or climb a fall, or take a bike tour of the Blue Mountains and what not..
But what is so special about Jamaica ?Famous beaches? Music? a turquoise ocean? white sand or gentle breezes…. Actually there are many reasons for Jamaica being one of the most popular Caribbean destinations.

Jamaica Flights Seasonality

What makes Jamaica a year-round vacation island is an annual average temperature of 81 degrees Fahrenheit . Jamaica has warm winters with cool trade winds, cool evenings, and the least amount of rain and hot Summers. September and October may be very humid. The peak month for hurricanes, though hurricanes rarely hit Jamaica is September . The upper mountains get about 300 inches of rain a year. The western coast - about 30 inches of rain a year. As for the south coast and Kingston- they have moderate rain during the year with a little more in summer than in winter.
Peak Season:
The high season for tourists is from the middle of December to the middle of April At this time of the year reservations need to be made a couple months in advance. March and April a is a busy time because of the Carnival in MoBay, Kingston and Ocho Rios, and May in Negril. MoBay is overcrowded in January thanks to the Air Jamaica's Jazz and Blues Festival.
Off Season:
A low season is from mid-April to mid-December. Anyway it does get crowded and busy in late July or early August around the Reggae Sumfest as well as the Marlin Tournament every October in Port Antonio and Ocho Rios.
